You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. You are also entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The benefits under Electrolux’s warranty are in addition to other rights you have at law.

We have qualified factory technicians available to assist with the repair of your appliance. Simply book a service and repair online. Alternatively, call Electrolux Customer Care on 13 13 49 or contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
How can I remove stickers from my Electrolux appliance safely?
Simply peel the stickers off. We recommend using eucalyptus oil to help remove any sticker residue from your appliance.
How do I change my service booking?
You can amend your service booking details online, simply select 'Manage my Booking'. Alternatively, call Electrolux Customer Care on 13 13 49 or contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
How do I connect my appliance to the Electrolux app?
Simply download the Electrolux app from the Apple or Google Play app stores. Follow the instructions on the screen to connect your appliance or refer to the User Manual.
How do I register my appliance?
Register your appliance and opt in to receive product usage tips and other usage ideas for your appliance. Simply go to Register and complete the form or simply scan the QR code on your product and follow the links.
